The association is an excellent source of information for manufacturers and dealers. The OMHA also sponsors the annual Oregon Manufactured Home Show in both Salem and Portland.

The Office of Manufactured Dwelling Park Community Relations furnishes information and assistance about manufactured dwelling park living, including dispute resolution and mediation options.  You can also access information regarding park locations in the state of Oregon.

Department of Consumer & Business Services / Building Codes Division

Effective May 1, 2005, Senate Bill 468 transferred the authority for manufactured structure titling and trip permit issuance and the license and regulation of manufactured structure dealers from DMV to the Building Codes Division (BCD) of Department of Consumer and Business Services.
