Codes Division
Effective May 1, 2005, Senate Bill 468 transferred the authority for
manufactured structure titling and trip permit issuance and the license and
regulation of manufactured structure dealers from DMV to the Building Codes
Division (BCD) of Department of Consumer and Business Services.
